Board of Directors

I joined the L’Arche Antigonish Board of Directors wanting to learn from and support our community. I have found taking part in the journey of understanding what L’Arche represents and understanding the gifts of all our community members a deeply meaningful experience.

I joined the board because it was an opportunity to support an amazing community in a meaningful way through contributing my skills and experience as an accountant in the non-profit sector.

My experience with family members who had cognitive impairment gave me an incentive to be involved with the group, because I know how valuable assistance can be to clients and their families.

Hello, I’m Luc, a recent member of L’Arche Antigonish and the current Chair of the Foundation. My commitment to community teams that support our friends and neighbors is what inspired me to join this great organization.

Jeff serves as Treasurer of the L’Arche Antigonish Community Foundation.  In his professional life, he is the Manager, Facilities Management Administration & Finances at St. Francis Xavier University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).  Jeff brings experience in financial administration, facilities management, budgeting, and project management to the Foundation and enjoys using that experience to support the important work of L’Arche Antigonish and its community.

I have lived and worked in Antigonish since 2022, and this community has become very meaningful to me. I joined the L’Arche Antigonish Foundation Board to give back, build meaningful connections, and contribute to a community where everyone is valued and belongs.
